Pick and pack from £1.95 per order
Orders sync automatically from your sales channels. Our team picks from dedicated locations, scans every item at the packing bench, and despatches same day for any consumer orders received by 2pm.
Packaging is selected by the packing team based on the product. Fragile items get additional protection as standard.
Tracking codes are pushed back to your sales channel automatically, so your customers receive shipping updates without manual intervention.
RETURNS
Returns processing from £2.95
Returned items are received at our Milton Keynes warehouse, inspected, and either restocked or quarantined and flagged for your review. We process returns from orders shipped through myWarehouse and returns from orders fulfilled elsewhere.
You receive a notification for each return processed, and returns are logged in your MMS account.

Every product in our warehouse has a barcode. Every item is scanned during picking and again at the packing bench before despatch documentation is generated. The system will not print a shipping label until the scanned items match the order exactly — both the correct products and the correct quantities.
